My responsibility

I worked across the client relationship, creative direction and production sequence, bringing workshop and specialist contributors into the right parts of each build.

Client and brief

Kept the Harley-Davidson relationship and three distinct briefs connected to the workshop's delivery decisions.

Production coordination

Aligned creative direction, specialist contributors, parts and workshop sequencing without claiming each specialist task as my own.

Public presentation

Carried the work into its separate reveal, exhibition and media contexts.

I led client communication, creative direction and production coordination. The specific fabrication, machining, electrical and finishing work was completed with specialist contributors.

Three different machines had different platforms and public contexts.

Decision Kept the Sportster commission, Street Tracker 750 reveal and KR750 exhibition build as separate scopes.

Effect Each build can be assessed on its own deliverables and contributors.

A fixed six-week window applied to the KR750.

Decision Coordinated build direction and specialist work against the exhibition date.

Effect The KR750 was completed for its show deadline.

Delivery & outcome

The Sportster was a custom client build. The Street Tracker 750 was shown in the national Street 750 reveal context and ranked #8 in Silodrome's Top 14 Motorcycles of 2014. The KR750, a separate six-week exhibition build, was subsequently covered by specialist media.
